As a new investment vehicle that should have high IRR and realize full value in five to seven years, we focus on under-recognized intellectual property associated with universities that excel in the physical sciences as well as engineering sciences, medical devices and technology. At ITMC, we utilize the best development practices of industry, incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) to identify the optimal patents for development. This tool is not commonly used in venture or other funds.
